In accordance with the provisions of articles 5 and 6 of Organisational Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data that you have voluntarily provided via various input forms available for that purpose on the website www.amarehotels.com, or any other data collection channel, shall be saved in a file entitled “CLIENTS AND/OR SUPPLIERS”, or where appropriate “HUMAN RESOURCES”, which are the responsibility of FUERTE GROUP SL, in order to be able to contact you, maintain the contractual and/or pre-contractual relationship, the internal Hotel-client management, the Friends Club and recruitment management.

FORMS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE

With this web page and all the other official web pages linked to the Group, FUERTE GROUP seeks to provide you with the best services and, to that end, currently has personal data collection forms for the following services: newsletter, Friends Club, professionals registration, contact and online room booking form, group events form, weddings, golf reservations, sport contact, spa appointments, transfer services, recruitment and regular special offers.

INTENDED USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND REVOKING CONSENT

THE CLIENT/USER of the WEBSITE www.amarehotels.com having provided their personal data voluntarily via the different input forms available for that purpose on the website, gives their express consent for that data to be used to send promotional offers from our Business Group, FUERTE GROUP, in the hotel, catering, leisure and real estate industries via any current or future media (SMS, e-mail, fax, social networks, etc.). Also, the information will be used to answer any questions you may ask us, manage the orders or requests in the data collection forms and as part of recruitment procedures. The FUERTE GROUP services are not intended for minors aged under 14 without the full consent of their parent or guardian, therefore FUERTE GROUP does not collect or request information from minors aged under 14.

With regard to the recruitment service, THE CANDIDATE who submits their curriculum shall choose from the jobs on offer on the web page. The data voluntarily introduced or submitted shall be saved in the “HUMAN RESOURCES”file to ensure correct management of the selection process.

ACCURACY OF PERSONAL DATA

In any dispute that may arise with respect to its validity, execution, fulfilment or resolution, FUERTE GROUP and the CLIENTS/USERS/CANDIDATES agree, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other to which, in their case, they may be subject, to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga. This contract constitutes the full and complete agreement between FUERTE GROUP and the CLIENT/USER/CANDIDATE, and supersedes all previous pacts, commitments, statements or agreements, both written and oral, that may have previously existed between them.
