The stories of “Photograms” are inspired by the artist’s experiences, sensations and dreams. Sacrifice, love, passion, excitement, dreams and lust are some of the fragments of this series, with each story extracted in the form of a histogram.
“City gazes” is a reflection on the city concept from an eminently human perspective, emphasising people who live in the city as its main value. Among them can be found local artists, singers and sportspeople who are well known nationwide, such as David Delfín, Mariola Fuentes, Dani García and Carlos Cabezas, who tell us their unique stories, forged in striking black and white.
In “Instants/Invisible”, the artist immerses himself in the world of anonymous people, brought into sharp focus by his camera. Who are they? What lies within each of them? These were two of the questions that he asked himself as he imagined their stories while making their surroundings disappear. In turn, he observed how we use technology to communicate with those that aren’t present, and how we stay silent with those closest to us.
