Accesibility
We offer adapted rooms for guests with reduced mobility. All public areas of the hotel are accessible via ramps or lifts.
Check in / check out
You can access your room from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is before 12:00 noon. Late check-out is available subject to availability. Please ask at reception for prices and availability.

Luggage
We’re happy to look after your luggage if your room isn’t ready on arrival or if you need to leave before check-out time. Luggage storage is free of charge on arrival and departure days.
Parking

Pets policy
Amàre Sancti Petri doesn’t allow pets.
Smoking policy
Smoking isn’t permitted inside the hotel. Guests who wish to smoke may do so outdoors, in designated areas.
Minimum age
Amàre Sancti Petri is a hotel recommended for adults. The minimum age to stay is 16.

Pool towel
On arrival, reception will give you one towel card per guest. This card can be exchanged for towels at the hut next to the pool.
Please return your towel card to reception at the end of your stay. If it’s not returned or is lost, a €20 charge applies.

Order anything from the menu directly from your sunbed at the touch of a button.

11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Salt water pool or chlorine pool?
Chlorinated pool.
Sunbeds reservation
There’s no sunbed reservation policy. After 30 minutes of non-use, towels and personal belongings will be removed and stored for later collection. If you’re having lunch at the beach restaurant, please inform the pool or beach guest service team, who’ll allow you to keep your sunbed for longer during your meal.

We allow assistance dogs in accordance with Royal Decree 409/2025 of 27 May, regulating the activity and welfare of assistance dogs, and Decree 94/2025 of 16 April, which governs the procedure for recognising assistance dog status, official identification, training centres and the Andalusian Assistance Dog Register.
