A Curated Selection

MERIDIAN’s selection spans signature cocktails, wine, mezcal and agave spirits, with each category guided by one of Amàre’s beverage experts. Cocktails are designed by mixologist Diego Cabrera, wine is selected by sommelier Meritxell Falgueras Febrer, and mezcal and agave spirits draw on the expertise of Elisa Villarreal to create a considered selection for afternoons spent by the pool.
