When GLEAM opens for an event, the bar offers a selection of cocktails, wines, and mezcal and agave spirits, all curated by our team of mixologists, sommeliers, and spirits experts. This includes renowned mixologist Diego Cabrera, fifth-generation sommelier Meritxell Falgueras Febrer, and mezcal and agave expert Elisa Villarreal.
